My son actually takes these
My son has ADHD, and Omega-3 supplements do help with his behavior. After taking the gummy-type Omega-3 supplements for many years, my son decided that he just would not take them anymore. He refused to take them because "they are disgusting." I found a multivitamin with some Omega-3 in it, so I bought it, but it had only 100 micro-grams (mcg - - 1000 mcg in 1mg) in it - not nearly enough Sundown Kids Children's Multiple Vitamin and Mineral, Marvel Heroes, 60 Chewable Tablets (Pack of 3). I was at Whole Foods and I spoke with the staff there. The lady there recommended this product so I bought it there that day. My son actually takes this Omega-3 supplement. Sometimes he swallows the pill whole. Sometimes he chews on them before he swallows them. My point is that he actually takes the supplement. It is the only Omega-3 supplement that I have found that my son (now 8 years old) will take. It is a lot cheaper here than at Whole Foods, so now I buy it here. A few important things to consider when purchasing this product according to the bottle: "USE ONLY FOR CHILDREN AGE 3 YEARS OLD AND OVER" A serving size is four capsules - so 360 capsules is a 90 day supply. Four capsules supply 252mg (252,000 mcg) of Omega-3's and 120mg of Omega-9's. "Every batch is third party tested for environmental toxins including heavy metals, dioxins, and PCB's.....Certificates of Analysis available upon request."
