I bought this pill organizer for my husband. He takes fish oil and vitamins along with his other medications, so I didn't want anything too small. This pill box is actually bigger than I expected but that's just fine. My husband has spent 16 years working in a steel mill. His fingers are permantently thickened from injuries over the years and he also is beginning to have some issues with arthritis. These compartments will be big enough for him to scoop his pills out without my help. The buttons to pop open the lids work very well also. They close tightly with a nice, little snap and open easily. I am very happy with this item. UPDATE- my husband has been enjoying this product for a little over a year now. It is still going strong; all the buttons still open easily and close tightly. He loves using it. He never forgets to reload it or take his daily pills.
