Here in Qatar I suspect since most of the water is desalinated and hence uses lots of chemicals to clean it, is probably the reason we (the family) tend to suffer from dry/itchy skin. Since installing the filters on the showers in our home it has made a huge difference. No more dry skin and the biggest improvement my daughter has noticed is the quality of her hair. You cannot beat the benefit of purchasing one of these filters, especially considering their cost. Well worth the price.
