Perfect for when I had back pain.
I pulled my back and ordered this to replace the crappy lunch box ice packs I've been using. The wrap forms perfectly to your body and the strap allows you to get up and walk around if you need to. I haven't tried the heating function yet but I do like knowing that it is versatile and can help with more than one issue. I haven't had any issues with it getting cold or anything. I'd recommend if you need a more flexible ice/heating pack.
