I bought this to try and help with I was having a bad RLS attack. This does help a lot with stretching out my calf when that's happening so I'm loving it. As some of the other reviews have pointed out it does work better with a larger foot. The velcro around the bottom of the foot and leg doesn't allow for a tight fit for a woman's foot, but if you have socks or shoes plus long pants on that will help "bulk up" the areas so it will fit a little better. If it was designed so that the strap could hook onto itself that would solve the problem of sizing, I may get my own velcro to add to the straps so I don't have to worry about the slight slipping that tends to happen with just socks on.
