Purchased this for my father who has Alzheimers. His doctor really wanted us to get him a live pet however we knew it would be too much for him. I found this and thought it was the next best thing. When we have him pet it he laughs and smiles. He also uses his cane to poke it which “wakes it up”. I’m not sure he does anything with it when alone but I try to give it to him when I’m leaving visiting him.
