I live in a 500 sf basement apartment. Kitchen, den, and bedroom all connected / separated by doorways. House built in 1960's. Been here two years. Air has always been, heavy, musty. I got a bad sinus infection last week and bought this to see if it could help. WOW what a difference this has made in the air quality. The air is now crisp and clean. No odors from cooking, no odor from the paint on the cinder block walls. The air seems to be lighter and brighter if that's possible. Just feels clean and I'm breathing great, sinus infection is gone. Well put together product. Ready to run out of box, just take plastic off filters and pop back in place and cut on. Three speeds, highest speed Is not loud at all. I have in the middle of my den and it has cleaned the air in the kitchen and bedroom as well. The hepa filter lasts for six months and they send you 4 of the black charcoal filters that are changed after a month or two. Plus replacement on hepa filters is only about $20. These filters also get those bad microscopic organisms. Shopped the big box stores and you could only buy an air purifier that cleaned smoke, pet odors, and dust. ..not the small microbes. .for more than I paid for the Veva. The one they had that cleaned the microbes were over $200 and only cleaned an area 150 sf. The Viva has made a dramatic difference. I'm very pleased. Thank you Veva for making a great product that works and that won't break the bank when I need a new hepa filter.
