There's not really any support for the breast-area, except for the halter tie so it'll end up straining my neck after a bit. I did go by both the chart and the reviews, and wound up buying a large, which is a bit snug for my personal tastes and doesn't come up quite high enough on the chest for full comfort, so all in all I found it just a tad small. I would suggest an XL for someone else with my proportions.
