I take both the solution, 2-3 drops in clean water and the Iodoral 50 each morning. I am 68 yo male. I used to sleep very light, waking to the slightest noise. But now I sleep very deep and have life like dreams. I just started with Celtic sea salt also to help flush out heavy metals and other toxins in my body. I've had cancer twice, but now I am doing something to prevent it in the future.
