I purchased this massager for my husband who has back pain and sees a massage therapist bi-monthly. The unit provided a VERY deep massage (a little too painfully deep for my liking), but after a few uses, the unit suddenly stopped working without warning. I posted a negative review on Amazon about my dissatisfaction, and within days the company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement massager free of charge. It arrived in two business days, and so far it works very well. I was very pleased that the company stood by their product and went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive experience!
