This company was absolutely WONDERFUL!! When we bought the sound bar we found that the remote didn't reach as far as it claimed to, we changed out remote batteries... still didn't reach passed 3 feet. So we contacted the manufacturer, got an immediate response from Kevin who then sent us a new remote. We tried it with better batteries and still wasn't getting a good range. "HE" (Kevin) contacted US to see if it worked. When we replied in fact it hadn't, Kevin then sent us a potential software update. We hadn't even had time to try the update when HE responded again saying they had been discussing this at work and felt it must be an issue with the actual sound bar and sent us a replacement right away. Folks, if that isn't a #1 company that truly supports it's customers then I don't know what is. Thank you so much Kevin for all you did for us. We greatly appreciate it!! Oh and the sound bar is fantastic!!! We will definitely be purchasing another one from them!
