I wanted to like this recorder and I did initially but after a few months, it won't hold a charge at all making it useless. If you do get this, be sure to buy the insurance. I want to update my response. The company that makes the Dictopro saw my review 1st initial response on the same day I posted and responded giving suggestions on fixing the problem. I tried but the system was not coming on and we believe it was due to my over charging the unit (leaving the system on the charger). They came back in an email and said no problem - they are sending me a replacement! I didn't expect this, such a nice result! I give change my review to 5 stars. This is the type of service we rarely see any more. Thank you!
