I’m about 5’8” and slightly over 200lbs. I wear a 16-18 in pants and went with the 18w. Glad I did. Fits perfectly & I love the way the back tie and adjustable straps support my 40D breasts. Can’t wait to get in the water with it & May buy another one in another color based on this one! I was sooo hesitant to buy it and now glad I did. It’s flattering too. I’m a heavier gal and I don’t feel like it makes me look pregnant. Which was a big concern for me when I ordered it. Very happy with my purchase.
