I am giving the actual product five stars, but overall four stars due only to the horrible written instructions. The camera system itself works exactly as it should, and sets up with ease. Good quality picture. At work I have a similar system, commercial grade $1300 and it is no better than this system. Range from my WiFi seems quite good, strong signals from all four cameras. Online access from my phone is consistent, and brings up all images within one minute. There is a strong red glow when the infrared turns on, and that is no issue for me but maybe others might not like that. No big deal. The written instructions however are just dreadful. In fact I still cannot get the image on my home computer because how poorly the instructions are written. It would be worth their effort and expense to have a native-English speaker do the writing and publish new instructions.
