I bought this Because you can set the wattage to three different settings. We have a travel trailer with a stove but no oven just a microwave. I set it up in my home to give it a trial run before actually putting it in the camper. We use this a lot and I like the fact that it’s 110 versus a 220 oven when it comes to baking and energy usage. Pretty much used the lower wattage of 900 to cook just about everything because this is what is recommended in the newer energy efficient travel trailers and RVs So I wanted to try a little bit of everything before actually moving it out of my home and into the camper .fried chicken, baked potatoes, french fries, Homemade tortilla chips, fish sticks/filets, pizza and roasted vegetables ect... As soon as I buy some silicone muffin cups, I’m going to try baking some cupcakes and soon I am going to try it out as a food dehydrator. I absolutely love this little oven !
