OK so clearly I didn't love it however my girlfriend did which ultimately benefited me, hence the 5 star review. Long story short, she's always loosing her bobby pins at my house (it's a pretty intense book club) and then complaining about never having any with her so I decided to just order a pack to keep at my house for her, I figured it was a win/win as it saves her having to hunt rogue pins down and me from having to starve to death waiting for her to get ready. As expected, the next time she was over, she lost some/all her pins and so I pointed her to the drawer to which once she got over the initial shock and awe that a man just bought bobby pins she then scrutinized them quite thoroughly because a man had just bought bobby pins. She looked at the color, the tightness of the pin, how it held its shape after it was pulled and about a dozen other tests I didn't even know where possible or necessary to perform on a hair pin but hey in the end they passed and after about a dozen or two pins and only 20 minutes instead of an hour we were finally on our way to dinner... well almost, she wanted to thank me first. #winning!
