After measuring myself per the sizing chart, I ordered the size medium sleeve as I am near the upper borderline of the size Medium and lower of Large. I thought I could manage to use a size medium but I was wrong. The sleeve fits well without slipping down but too tight for long time use. So I contact customer service. I have been very happy with the experience of contacting several representatives. They all demonstrate great customer care and answer my questions. They help me to get a replacement of a larger size which fits me perfectly. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants strong knee support. In terms of sizing, you may want to choose one level larger than the sizing chart says, especially when your measurement is kind of fitting in between two sizes.
