Overall good construction, sturdy, folds/unfolds easily. The storage tray is great and ability to attach iron when board is hung up on the wall is good. Slight negatives (not enough to subtract a star) the folding mechanism does not lock in folded position, the cord of my iron slips out of the cord holder.
