This stuff is the real deal. I had major periodontal problems with my gums - my dentist wanted to do the $4,000 gum peeling and scraping procedure which I was NOT going to let happen. I had never been a flosser, but I knew I had to try something. I used the PerioTherapy rinse for 4 months every day in the morning and evening after flossing and returned to the dentist. He couldn't believe the improvement. My gums were nearly normal with the right gaps. A total turn-around. I highly recommend this rinse.
