Below is my original review, which was 4 stars. Edited 12/3/2021 to include my most recent purchase. They fixed everything that was wrong with it. It's now perfect. The pillow part is perfect. The strap fasteners are just about as bad as they could possibly be. It's difficult to understand how a company would get so much right in one aspect and then so much wrong in another. It seems like a case of over-engineering as there are loops at the top and bottom where you could remove the straps and attach them there, but they just managed to make them likely to fall off on their own. Still, if you're willing to deal with that, the actual pillow is exactly what you're looking for. It is vastly, and I do mean vastly, superior to other low-back support pillows. Despite the issue with the straps, I am ordering 2 more for the car and office chair.
