UPDATE: The manufacturer got in touch with me and provided the BEST customer service I've seen in a long time. They sent out a replacement ASAP and followed up to make sure I was happy with the product. I definitely am, and I am so impressed by the way this company handles business. Thank you again! This dryer is making me crazy! I bought it for the diffuser and only use it with the attachment on. Problem is, if it barely bumps my head or my hand or even my hair...the diffuser attachment comes flying off! I’ve only used it a handful of times, and I think I might be having actual anger over this. I put the diffuser back on at least six or seven times every time I use it. That’s just unreasonable. Is anyone else having this problem? Am I the problem? Help.
