I'm 5'4" and 128 lbs. I bought a small and it fits as it should. The length in the back is long enough to hit the floor without shoes on and the front of the skirt falls right above my knee. I feel though if you're a tall girl then the skirt might not give enough coverage as this dress catches wind Marilyn Monroe style whenever you walk. The fabric is of good quality: light without being too thin so you can see your under things. It does wrinkle. Keep that in mind if you plan to travel. The fabric is a rayon blend so ironing it on a low setting will get the creases out. I haven't washed it yet but I feel that a gentle wash and a line dry will be fine. The red is more like a blackened red than a true bright red. Which, for me, is a works perfectly! The front of the bodice is loose but I don't feel the need to pin it shut. It sits very comfortably and I don't need to fuss with it. The ONLY reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is because it is NOT a wrap dress. It has an elastic band and a fabric tie. I was looking for a wrap dress and was expecting one based on what I read from the description. In the description it states it's a "true wrap silhouette..." That's misleading and I don't appreciate that. (A note: when I bought this dress there were no reveiws yet so I didn't see the other people say that it had an elastic band.) Overall, it's a nice summer dress. Wish the description was a bit more forthright.
