There was much less product than I was expecting, but a little goes a long way. The directions say to leave it in and wash it out after two hours. Dont do that. Leave it in your hair and hair it or twist it then leave your hair alone. Do this every 5 or so days. Additionally use it as a deep conditioner by making it into a paste with oil and living it in your hair for like two hours and then wash it out. But make sure to use it again after on your hair as I mentioned earlier. With that you will see results. I will post an update on my hair growth in a couple months!
