Did not know you could even get PURE monkfruit--pure is best
I have had bad experiences with monkfruit before BECAUSE it was mixed with a sugar alcohol, which don't agree with me. This tastes delicious, just like sugar, and doesn't have any of those side effects. Conveniently, it comes with a tiny scoop, making it easy to use the 1/8th of teaspoon that is the equivalent of a tsp of sugar. Great in hot tea, ice teas, everything. I have yet to bake with it but am looking forward to it!
