This cabinet serves it's purpose - as a means to organize files and paperwork. Mine arrived in perfect condition - no dents or scratches. To address some of the complaints from other reviewers: 1. The screws do fit the handles, you just have to put some muscle into it and they will screw in all the way. 2. Yes, the cabinet will tip towards you if the drawer is full and open - that's gravity. If you want a weighted cabinet that won't tip, you'll have to pay more than $200. Just put something heavy on top if it and it won't tip. 3. This is not a security safe. The lock is intended just to keep out nosy people - not to keep out thieves. If someone wants to steal from you badly enough they will find their way into even the most expensive heavy duty cabinets. 4. I didn't give this cabinet 5 stars only because I do agree with the one reviewer who complained about the drawers not opening far enough. That is true - when you open and close the drawers, the hanging files naturally slide toward the back, causing you to have to squeeze your hand in and pull the ones in the back forward to see/use them, which is a bit annoying and inconvenient. You also won't be able to fill the drawers to their capacity because of this. Would give 5 stars if the drawers opened all the way.
