This dress is gorgeous and on trend! Bell sleeves are all the rage this season. These sleeves are the bell of the ball! I love it! I'm a size 10/12, 36DD, 5' 3" and ordered the 14. It fits like a glove! It's a thicker quality fabric with some stretch. I could have gone with a size 16 but I like a form fit. Order 1 to 2 sizes bigger depending on your preference.
