I’ve been buying this bread online since 2018 and it’s become a staple in our home so it’s high time I reviewed it! I am on keto/low-carb for life. But I couldn’t have said that without the help of Sola! I first fell in love with their sweetener (their blend is magic) and soon after I tried their bread — and I couldn’t believe how good it was! This is REAL bread. You don’t give up anything. I was hooked! It doesn’t taste funny, it doesn’t taste like almonds or coconut, it’s moist and soft, it toasts well, it doesn’t get soggy or fall apart with toppings. It’s very versatile. I’ve tried them all but my favorite is the Golden Wheat with the sesame seeds. I use it just like regular white bread without a single issue: Grilled cheese, French toast, bbq pulled pork sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, croutons, meatloaf, and I use it with my Jersey Mikes cheesesteak tub. I tell everyone doing low carb about it! I’ve also tried their ice-cream and it’s amazing! Just take my money! Lol Oh, I get that the cost is higher than a loaf of Sunbeam. I get that the loafs are smaller. But I don’t have in-store options so I’m grateful (despite the price) that it’s available! But I keep my fingers crossed that they’ll bring it to stores nation wide.
