Well when I took the seat cover off to check it out the cover had been put on the seat while the ink was still wet. As you can see in the first picture it pulled some of the lettering off. In the second picture you can see the ink on the seat cover. Next I wanted to check out the light. Pressing the button nothing happened. I went back to check if batteries were included in my purchase and it clearly states batteries are included. I opened the compartment where the batteries should be and there were 2 CR2032 batteries. In the third picture you can see me testing one of the batteries and it is only 2.352 volts. In the last picture the other only tested to 1.159 volts. Fortunately I had some batteries on hand and replaced the 2 bad batteries that had been supplied with the seat. I installed the 2 new batteries and pressed the button. The light worked perfectly. I didn't want to write a review until I had a chance to go on a bike ride with the seat installed. This morning I went on a 4 mile ride and it was the first time I felt comfortable riding my bike. In conclusion I give the Giddy Up! Bike Seat 5 stars for comfort. For quality control I give it 1 star. Overall I will give it 4 stars.Giddy Up!
