After dreamily looking at images of the Clarisonic for a few weeks and then sadly looking at my bank statement, I started my search for a more affordable alternative that could still get the job done. I found the Olay system, and the price seemed right. I always take reviews with a grain of salt (irony not lost on me, thank you) so I ignored the poor reviews and ordered the cleaning system. I received it in the mail quickly and got to work using it. Okay, I give this product five stars because it is a convenient, well made, inexpensive product with quality that exceeds its price. That said, the cleanser is really terrible for my particular skin so I absolutely looked terrible after a week of use. Something about the cleanser and my skin created a terrible reaction, which is now gone thanks to the healing love of my own products and a lot of water. Anyway, I absolutely love the brush, I use just a teeny bit of my TreeActiv Anti Acne & Rosacea Treatment Sulfur Mask Plus Rhassoul, Bentonite Clay Mask with Witch Hazel & Aloe Vera - Refreshing Lemon Scent (1 Jar) (4 Oz) and it leaves my skin feeling taut, clearer, and it somehow makes existing pimples shrink under its power. I loved this sulfur mask before I tried the cleansing system, but these two products totally belong together, and attention should be made to that point. It's also worth mentioning that using a bit of TreeActiv+ Tea Tree Oil Acne Solution for Advanced Acne Treatment - All Natural Acne Spot Treatment - Blemishes Gone or Your Money Back! (60ml)as a spot treatment and moisturizer after using the cleansing system is really good for rejuvenating the skin after that treatment. Definitely get the Olay pro-x, it's really easy to carry around and it works really well. Great value.
