The jacket came a day late, but it was a shipping issue I think. I ordered an XL 16/18 (my approx size). It was snug but not tight but I'm a 40D so most shirts, etc are snug through that area for me. it is not meant to be worn closed. So if you want to wear it that way (there's a single hook and loop half way down the front) order a size larger. Sleeves are comfortable, not tight like so may are. Loved this and am going to order another one in a different color.
