This is absolutely great coffee and you would never know it's decaf. The reason I had to stop drinking it, and I think this is important for people to know this, is that my cholesterol and triglycerides shot up sky high after I started drinking this. Apparently the eco friendly packaging of the K Cup is ineffective in filtering out the Cafestol, the chemical that causes a rise in cholesterol and triglycerides. In regular K Cups, and in drip coffee makers, this chemical is filtered out, but the Gorilla K Cups are made in such a way as to be compostable and not efficient in filtering out Cafestol. I will miss my Gorilla Decaf, but hey, my doctor scared me enough to make me give them up for now.
