The test of time will only tell, but at first look and use, these fingernail and toenail clippers appear to be the heaviest well built ones I have ever purchased. I have fought fingernail clippers for years. They range from really cheap to very expensive in the store (drug store or wally world) and I have tried dozens from both ends of the price spectrum. The bathroom closet shelf is loaded with a half dozen pairs that vary greatly. Some cut well but fall apart easily during use. Some don't cut well but stand up to being thrown in a bag and traveling without disintegrating. These new ones are quite heavily built and the first cut was very clean. If they live up to remaining in this condition with use, they will indeed be the best quality I ever bought, regardless of price.
