I wanted to get some details on the difference between this product and their other Dream Series air mattresses by SoundAsleep and called the company expecting an automated machine or some call center somewhere. Instead, one of the owners in their office in New Jersey answered the phone and talked in detail about the product. I was shocked and impressed. He was super helpful and explained everything. He pointed out the pros and cons of each mattress they manufacture and helped me really decide that the Camping Series was best for my needs. The external, rechargeable pump really sold me it. Their other products have a built in pump which can only be powered with 110 electric outlet. This camping series mattress can be inflated anywhere which is just what I needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic and one that I never expected to find when I first made that phone call. What more can you ask for other than a good product and excellent customer service?!
