A MUST have for femal fertility problems or female/male lack of energy.
Note that Ubiquinol is the more soluble form of CoQ10. It has been highly recommended for fertility problems in women and for those men and women suffering from extreme tiredness. Also note that it doesn't work right away...it took us a couple of months to start noticing the rise in stamina and energy, but wow has our energy increased by ten fold. We are now more active during the day and don't suffer from the usual tiredness and aches and pains associated.
My husband was suffering from lack of focus and tiredness even after a full night's rest so I started doing some research to see what could help. I came upon Ubiquinol and Inositol(see my review for Bulk supplements Inositol--I have been taking myo-inositol for several months now and it's made a HUGE difference in my concentration, memory and focus and it's supposed to be fantastic for infertility problems). Currently my husband and I are taking two of these soft capsules and definitely notice the changes and rise in energy levels and stamina. Note that the changes will come slowly and after a couple of months of usage, but the change will be noticeable. He gets through work better (he is an electrical engineer in R&D so he uses his mind at full power) and has more productive days.
If you are also under stress and have difficulty sleeping, I recommend the powered form of Magnesium (Natural Vitality--Natural Calm Magnesium)--one teaspoon in the morning. I have also been told to take a Zinc tablet with the magnesium for balance, so we do.
These vitamins I highly recommend you take in the morning before eating anything. The magnesium I listed above must be dissolved in warm/hot water, so what I do is heat up about 1/4 cup of water, dissolve the magnesium, the inositol (for me I also take Neocell Collagen in my mix), and stir it well until it is fully dissolved using a small cup whisk. I then fill the same cup with a green mixture juice--something that has lots of green veggies and fruits in it--and use that to drink down my Ubiquinol and any other vitamins (tablets/capsules) you may want to take. Only after that do my husband and I have breakfast. You will notice right away that your energy level is up for at least the first 3-4 hours after taking the vitamins, which is why I recommend you take them in the morning and not at night (in the beginning, this bolt of energy will only last an hour or two before you start getting tired and feeling drained again. Have patience and give the vitamins at least 3 months and eat well as well as get at least 8-9 hours of rest). I had trouble sleeping when I was taking the vitamins at night even when I felt tired. The vitamins seemed to give me a bolt of energy.
Hope this advice helps.
