This product is amazing! The directions also say to add a piece of raw meat and we did. Well, I think we caught every fly in the entire town! My next-door neighbors have horses and therefore we have been eaten alive in our yard by black biting flies all summer (as well as our dog.) Hanging this trap has solved all of our fly problems. We caught so many flies in one trap that we decided to hang another one right next to it. My dog is super happy too now! No more bites.
