You see a few people posting this is not 70%! Nowhere did it say it was 70% It says 62% on the label in the photo. If you read the CDC website, it states to be effective, you need greater than 60% Ethyl alcohol (ethanol) or 70% isopropanol alcohol. And this bottle is 62% Ethyl so it qualifies! Here are my thoughts about it. First, I was lucky, all my bottles made it in good shape, but it was not packed properly. Second, it is fairly runny, not quite water but not nice thick gel. Third, most people do not realize that the 2 different alcohols have a very different odor, I prefer the isopropanol and that is what most people are use to using, so there is nothing wrong with this bottle, in fact, it has a much milder smell. Fourth, This bottle is best for refilling smaller bottles, unless you have a pump that will fit.
