I bought a grey/clear lifeproof fre case for my iphone 5c. I was very skeptical about getting it because of the negative reviews I've read. But I wanted a rugged case with a slimmer profile. My biggest hesitation with this particular case was the screen shield built into the Fre. I didn't want a pillowong effect or a rainbow effect. As far as pillowing goes, there isn't any. There was a rainbow effect after I put the phone into the case but I read on lifeproofs website to use baby powder to get rid of it. I saw a video on YouTube exactly how to do it. It worked perfectly and there is no more rainbow effect at all. Seriously this case is amazing!!! My phone is now water, dirt, dust, and shock proof. I couldn't recommend this case enough.
