Right now I'm gonna give this product a four star because the product does it's job and cleans and kills grems but!!!!!! I'm upset because I'm missing a lot of components I should give three star but the people from pure enrichment/sk universe respond to my complaint and is gonna sent me the missing components. Ok this is and udate! They sent me all my components without any question Amazing customer service! I'm very happy with this steamer it's well built and simple to use. Feels like I can start my own cleaning business lol.
