First of all, most of the reviews are under the Omega Paw Elite “LARGE” item. You will get a better perspective. This is just the smaller version and both are wonderful! It operates exactly as described. You roll it over and pat the bottom of the box to loosen the clumps. The urine clumps and refuse go into the drawer compartment and the clean litter folds back in when you turn it back over. Just make sure that you only fill the litter to the mark inside the box. Nothing comes out and the lip on the front (which fits just fine) decreases the residue on little cat feet. Super easy assembly! PlEASE don’t believe the negative reviews So far I’ve only used the Arm and Hammer “Slide”,, but I think any clumping litter will work. Just pull out the drawer and throw away. Soooooo awesome!
