I've been slowly buying from this company, (one product every couple of weeks) to carefully become used to preparing meals from a hydrated base, and the results are indescribably amazing. . I now have 8 different products, (Whipped cream to Soup, whipped potato's to vegetable stew,) and every dish not only taste great, with ultra fast prep. time, (about a 10 minute soak in water or milk to bring dried food back into its original soft consistency) and a max time of 10 minutes to finalize the cooking, (A 20 minute max. from stove to table),, an amazing experience in food preparation. The shelf life for any variety after opening the real durable containers, is a minimum of 10 years. Nothing requires refrigeration or freezing to keep. The costs for any of these products is no more than buying fresh, and with several products, the cost is less than fresh. The greatest benefit of being able to buy any and all of these products especially for Seniors or persons having difficulty with the physical ability to get out and about, is not having to strain to shop up and down the aisles and standing in lines at checkout. If there is any 21st century way of improving daily life by increasing anyone's free time to do things that are relaxing and enjoyable, these products open that door !
