I bought this to use on the windows where I have feeders attached, so the cats can get a great view without scaring my feathered friends. As you can see - That blue jay doesn't even know that Bitsy is trying to pat its little head. The cats can see out, but the birds aren't disturbed in the least. Attaches with a little water - removes easily - reattaches by wetting it again. Who could ask for more? It does exactly what it should, and it does it well.
