So, I was about to start a return on this product, because the phone Mount did not seem to hold my phone.... It immediately "dropped," even after removing my case. The instructions aren't super clear or detailed, so you kind of have to wing it. But as I was looking it over and trying to think of a way to possibly zip-toe it into place or something, I noticed that the piece that connects the phone holder to the plastic ball joint of the mount it actually a "knob," that turns to loosen and tighten the ball joint. I tightened it and everything was perfect... My phone, with the case and pop socket still on, holds in place perfectly. Had I not noticed this simple little thing, I would've either returned this item or thought I needed to buy a separate tripod for my phone or a camera, but as of right now I'm good to go! The lighting is very bright and so far I love it! I've only made a couple of test videos and haven't had the time to set up my actual filming area with backdrop, etc., So if I have any issues I will update the review. Hope the picture and video helps for people having terrible getting their phone to stay in place in the phone holder!
