Profloss Waterjet is a great product
I had a Waterpik, which costs over $50 and after a year using it, I can say that it's not convenience due to: it's bulky, need to fill up with warm water every time, and a power outlet is needed. I don't have space on the bathroom counter for it, so it must be stored away every time. It also very noisy when the electric pump is running. Due to these issues, I didn't use it often enough. I wanted to find something that I could easily connect to the faucet and floss my teeth anytime I want, without the hassle of carry the Waterpik boxes and fill it with warm water.
I decided to try the Profloss Waterjet, and love it. It is well built and installation is simple. The faucet aerator adapter is included. After used, just press a button on the aerator and release the tube and the hand held unit from the faucet.
Some buyers had negative review for this product based on their bad experience with the installation. I think their problem is due to their very old faucets, which do not have the modern standard 15/16" male or female thread for the aerator adaptor. Most houses today have kitchen and bathroom faucets with either male or female 15/16" thread, and this product has the dual (male/female) thread aerator included. If your faucet is the old style, here is the place to get the adaptor to convert it to the modern 15/16" thread:
