So far, so good
I've been suffering from low body temperature and low pulse for 15+ years now. I'm usually around 96.5 to 97.0 body temp, and 50-56 pulse. Both are too low. Thyroid issues are clearly to blame. I came across the idea of using Thyroid Glandulars, and this one seemed like a good fit. I started off taking 1 capsule a day. Within a week, my body temperatures were a steady 97.9. A HUGE increase. It stayed level for another week or two, so I decided to bump it up to 2 capsules per day. My body temp jumped even more, to 98.1. For the first time in a LONG time, I had "near normal" body temperatures. My pulse also went from 55 to about 64, which is a lot more normal. Finally, I bumped it up to 3 capsules per day, which is what I needed to get me to the wonderful 98.6 number. That did it, 1 capsule, 3x per day. Keep in mind, I haven't seen 98.6 temperatures in my body since I was a teenager (I'm mid 30's now). This is very interesting and exciting to see and feel such differences in my body. It's so weird to me sitting in a 68 degree air conditioned room and not feeling like I'm going to freeze to death. From all of the research I have done on human health, we should be at 98.6-99.0 body temperature, and 75-85 pulse. When I first began this supplement, I was 96.9 temp, 55 pulse. After a month on the product, I am 98.6 temp, 68 pulse. **Update: I stopped taking the product for about a month, after I was 98.1-98.6 for awhile. I figured I was cured, so stopped taking it altogether. Not so fast. Within a month, my average daily temperature dropped to 97.1, and I started feeling cold all the time again. Just an FYI, if you do use this product, you should probably stay on it for awhile. 17 years of thyroid issues don't cure themselves in a month, lol.**
