So I did not want to rate this product until I had used it a few times. I am a ponytail type of girl because personally, I don't want to make the effort or spend the money to get my hair done. After a long chat with a friend and many dirty looks from family at family gatherings, we both came to the conclusion that it was time to make more of an effort on our looks and I started researching to find the best option for me. I wanted a good product that would not damage my hair and was easy to use. I have tried to blow dry my own hair in the past with the hairbrush and blowdryer. I felt that both my arms were going to fall off and my hair became a huge knot from trying to copy the hairstylist who last beautified me. The first time took about 20 min to dry and it looked like my neighbors 3 year old was my hair stylist. Also trying to figure out how to use this product caused some pulled hair and knots. Personally, I can appreciate a good hair pull but BaByliss was taking advantage of me. The second time I was told by a friend to try a blow-dry product and got a better result. The third time I was a pro.. It looked really good and it took about 25 minutes.. I have long black misbehaved wavy hair of medium thickness.
