Hello, I wanted to help the people who are having a difficult time figuring out how to use this product since the instructions are in Korean and there is no translation. Here is how you use it: 1. Wash your face and use toner to finish up the cleansing. If you would like to amplify the effects of this mask, use a serum or ample all over your face before applying the cooling mask. 2. After prepping your skin, mix the powder with water in a [Powder 1 : water 0.8] ratio. (If you are using a solution activator, you will need to follow specific instructions separately. ) 3. Apply the cooling mask in an upwards motion covering your whole face in the order of cheeks, to chin, to nose, to forehead. Exclude your eyes and nostrils. 4. When 15 minutes to 25 minutes have passed, you may pull it off. 5. When finished cleaning up the small pieces off of your face, re-apply toner and apply the rest of your regular face routine.
