Honestly it is hard to keep these in place when I put my foot into a shoe and I have to spend a few minutes shuffling about until it's in a good spot. The rubber makes wearing socks difficult, because it bunches up awkwardly, and that's a bit annoying. BUT I have plantar fasciitis/heel spurs/heel pain (what ever you wish to call it) and these inserts are my gosh darn savior. I had agonizing pain from working on my feet all day and walking to and from the bus stop and these, coupled with morning foot stretches, has taken 90% of the pain away. I feel like a normal person again. I can walk to the store without stopping and can stand 8hrs at a cash register again without tip toeing. AND I COULD AFFORD IT. 5/5
