La Tourangelle has done it again. Their products are consistently excellent. As a chef of a top tier NYC fine dining restaurant, quality ingredients matter and this truffle oil gets my stamp of approval. The scent is fantastic and the carrier oil is perfectly neutral, allowing the white truffle aroma to stand out in a way that only truffles can. I went ahead and purchased both the Herbes De Provence and Basil oils and they’re both astounding! Both will be perfect for dressings, sautéing or basting. Again, 5/5. Highly recommended!
