Very firm but nice
Love this roller already. I am still learning to roll BUT beware! Go slow if u have never foam rolled. I got it and was excited to use. I rolled my back several minutes 1st time and OMG. Lol
I could hardly move for 2 days!! Go very slow only a few times and work up to going longer vthought it was a huge mistake to buy, but when i recovered felt reaaly great. Got back on it and went super slow. No problems since
