I bought this for my teenage daughter who has really struggled with anxiety over the last couple of years. She had been going to therapy and we put some things in place to help her, but unfortunately her anxiety still seemed to get the best of her. We were going to try the reasonable next step and have her referred to a psych for medication management. I was not too keen on putting my teenager on anxiety meds due to the fact that I took medication for anxiety for a while and was not a fan. In one last attemp before meds I did some looking around online and heard about Zenapin IR. I decided to order a bottle and let her give it a try. AMAZING! It took maybe 3-4 days before there was any noticeable difference, but once it kicked in the results have been so amazing. Before Zenapin she struggled alot of mornings to even go to school. Then while at school she would message me and say she could not handle being there and felt physically ill. She refused to attend any get togethers involving more than a handful of peers because it was too overwhelming for her. I am so extremely happy to report that for the last couple of weeks since she has started Zenapin we have not had any issues in the morning before school. I have also received no messages during the day. She attended a party last Friday with teenagers from different schools that she did not know and had a blast. That is so huge! A friend of mine actually hosts these parties (she is a teen mentor) and she has seen my daughter at other events and how she usually sits in a corner and looks upset the entire time. Not this time! She showed me videos of her interacting with peers, laughing, and having a great time. This brings tears to my eyes...happy tears. As a mother it is so hard to watch your teenage daughter struggle and you don't know how to help them. I am so thankful that I found out about Zenapin! Track season will start in the Spring. My daughter is a runner but has had a couple of anxiety attacks before track meets in the past. I am excited to see how she does this season! Thank you Zenapin!!!
